Earlier this year, Zach Gunter was once again selected as a Ben Carson Scholar, a prestigious honor awarded to students who exemplify academic excellence and a strong commitment to community service. On Sunday, May 18th, the Gunter family attended the 29th Annual Maryland Carson Scholars Fund Banquet, where Zach had the distinguished opportunity to speak with Dr. Ben Carson and his wife, Candy Carson.
This marks the sixth time Zach has received this esteemed recognition—an extraordinary achievement that reflects his dedication, character, and leadership. We are extremely proud of Zach and commend him for his continued excellence and the positive example he sets for his peers.
